At GrowMe, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unopened and unused

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at getgrowme@gmail.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Our team will provide return instructions if your request is approved

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different product, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Contact us at getgrowme@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the package and items received

We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Gift cards (if applicable)
